Can I track my item?

Yes, as soon as we ship your products you will receive an email with your tracking number. Usually, the handling process takes about 1-2 days max. Here you can verify your shipping status.

I havent receive my order, What do I do?

If your shipping status shows as delivered but you haven’t received your products please contact us via email


Easy Returns & Exchanges 


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We do not accept returns on items that appear to have been worn, or are not in original condition.

Make sure all returned items are well packaged, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 

How do I return an item?

Prior to any return please ensure you contact Jaiyou. here or at to make us aware of your intent to return and state the reason for the return. We will give you the full instructions.

Who pays for return postage?

All postage costs for change of mind exchanges are at the customers expense. Otherwise check the exceptions below.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.

We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refurn. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.



For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a FULL refund. We will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.
